Pilates Reformer (Meadowmont Facility)
The Pilates Reformer is a specialized piece of equipment that adds resistance to exercises while performing movements that target specific areas of the body with a focus on the core. This additional layer of resistance makes for a challenging workout and helps improve endurance, flexibility, core strength, and posture.
Our trainers design routines with attention to neutral spinal alignment, stabilization, and articulation. Exercises range from beginner to advanced, depending on the individual needs of the client. Personal Pilates sessions are appropriate for clients of any age or fitness level.
