Join Amy Goetzinger, PhD, pain psychologist at the UNC Pain Management Clinic, to learn the most common types of
chronic pain complaints, as well as symptoms and concerns frequently associated with chronic pain. The virtual session
will teach participants coping skills to function better and improve their quality of life. Free for members and non-members.

In the session, participants will:

  • Learn coping skills to function better and improve quality of life
  • Participate in a few brief guided relaxation practices to “test out” some of the new skills
  • Develop a personalized action plan for using the new skills learned in the workshop
