Join us for World Meditation Day on May 21 with a special offering of Yoga Nidra!

Join Registered Yoga Instructor Amanda Richardson for Yoga Nidra, otherwise known as yogic sleep, a guided meditation consisting of imagery and a body scan that helps calm the nervous system and promote deep rest and recovery. Note: This is not a movement-based class, rather it is purely meditation. No experience necessary. This is a complimentary session available to members and non-members.
