Android Reservation Issue: App Update Notice (updated 2/8/24)

There was a recent update to the UNC Wellness Centers mobile app that affects Android users and the ability to make reservations. If you make a reservation using the mobile app on an Android device, the reservation appears it has been made, but is then removed moments later. Our facility management software vendor is aware of this issue and is working diligently to fix it. Due to the complexity of the issue, it may take a significant amount of time to fix. In the meantime, you can make reservations by using an iOS device, your desktop or laptop, visiting the front desk when you are inside the facility, or by calling the front desk at your home center. We understand the importance of a seamless experience, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this app-related issue.
