It’s back! The annual Walk 10K and Move 150 runs from Monday, May 8 – Sunday, May 14. Lace-up your walking/running shoes and track your steps for the week. Challenge yourself (and friends and family) to get 10,000+ steps per day this week. Walking not your thing? Then Move 150 will challenge you to get 150 minutes of movement throughout this week. Do one or both! Pick up your log sheet at either UNC Wellness Center locations (front or fitness desk) or get your Walk10K copy here and Move150 copy here. Track your activity and/or steps then turn in your tracking sheets by 5/18 to be eligible for prizes, including massage, UNC Wellness duffle bags and hats!
