Special Class: Iron Ballet with Sateen Stretch, Sunday, Oct 23, 3:00- 4:15pm

Lengthen and strengthen yourself in this challenging ballet floor technique class that will deepen your body awareness. All-level students, aged 13 and above should come prepared for a test of contractions, extensions, and repetitious conditioning. Students will utilize various props to enhance dexterity, intensity, and stability and will transition from standing to floor exercises and end class with a deep and fulfilling stretch.
