MOVING & GROOVING: Monday, August 8 at 6:00pm Welcoming back Amanda Longo

Moving & Grooving begins with a 5-minute centering series of stretches designed to get you ready to move and sweat.
After a warm-up, we will move to world and modern music. This part of the class will include playful movement, as well as fun easy dance steps and games that will get your heart beat up and your muscles loose! The class will end with a slow 5-minute stretch designed to lower our heart rates. Perfect for non-dancers.
