In this 90-minute workshop, taught by Janet Thompson, MS, RN, ERYT, C-IAYT, we will review the muscles, bones, and organs of the pelvis and discuss the relationship of the pelvis with the breath, the spine, and the body. Explore through movement and simple yoga postures how the knowledge of your pelvis may influence your everyday life.
