Medical Fitness Week – Walk 10K | Move150

May 9-15 is National Medical Fitness Week. Join the fun by participating in the WALK10k or Move150 Challenge and take a step towards a healthier lifestyle!
1) Pick up your log sheet at either UNC Wellness Centers location (front or fitness desk) or get your Walk10K copy here and Move150 copy here.
2) The first official day of the program is Monday, May 9th. Begin counting your steps!
3) At the end of each day, enter your total daily steps on your log sheet.
4) Continue to follow this process throughout the week, from Monday, May 9th through Sunday, May 15th.
5) Submit your completed WALK10k log sheet to your UNC Wellness Centers front desk or email to email@example.com by Friday, May 20th, 2022.
- All participants who turn in completed cards will receive 2 guest passes to UNC Wellness Centers.
- The top 3 highest step totals will receive the following prizes. 1st = One hour massage at UNC Wellness Centers (Meadowmont or Northwest Cary) 2nd = UNC Wellness Centers duffle bag 3rd = UNC Wellness Centers hat
