Back pain can develop because we live and exercise without the awareness of the alignment of our spine and pelvis. In this two-hour workshop, we will discuss and practice different yoga postures with the use of a neutral spine and pelvis. This alignment will help to support the natural curves of our spine. In addition, the muscles will actively support the spinal curves and pelvis. We will also use props to support each individual’s personal alignment & abilities and will bring an understanding to why the use of props is important in life and in yoga practice.
