Walk 10k is back! Track your steps 9/14-9/20.

Walk 10k is back! Help Team UNC Wellness Centers go for another International Title!
Walk 10,000 steps per day, Monday, September 14 through Sunday, September 20, using any tracking device or app of your choosing, turn in the steps, and help us achieve victory.
We will also offer the MOVE150 challenge again this year. The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends 150 minutes or more of cardiovascular activity a week for general health benefits. This can be through group fitness classes, strength training, swimming or any other type of movement. Whether you are already reaching this goal or still working toward it, let’s push each other and make it happen! Prizes for members that submit their step counts and move minutes, but we welcome all submissions. These programs begin Monday, September 14 through Sunday, September 20. Registration is NOT required. Drop off your STEP COUNTS and/or MOVE MINUTES by Thursday, September 24th to our respective front desks.

Most steps at each location:
1st: fleece pullover
2nd: tee shirt
3rd: water bottle
All member participants will be entered into a drawing for a choice of a massage or personal training session.
