What can I still do?

It may seem as though everything is changing around you. Don’t fall into the trap of overlooking the things that are consistent! While we are all adapting in several ways, some things may be consistent. Even if you are distracted by all that you may be unable to do, could you shift your focus to consider the strategies that you have used in the past that may still transfer during this time?

  • Coloring
  • Cooking
  • Crafting
  • Dancing
  • Deep breathing
  • Digital detox
  • Gratitude Practice/ Gratitude Journaling
  • Meditation
  • Mindfulness
  • Music
  • Napping
  • Painting
  • Praying
  • Reading
  • Sewing
  • Therapy (both professional and friend “talk” therapy)
  • Walking
  • Writing

Draw upon what has worked for you in the past, or use this “reset” time as an opportunity to try something new!
