VINYASA YOGA ON THE TURF

Vinyasa is an active and flowing style of yoga. Participants will warm-up, work and cool down in a format that unites breath and movement. This is a total mind-body workout. Modifications and options for added intensity are provided.
All levels welcome. If there is inclement weather, we will be in studio A.
