Massage Self-Care and Breath Workshops at Meadowmont

June 12, 6:00-7:00 PM: Yoga for the Chakras with Alex Strano and Robin Zwilling
Alex and Robin will take you through a series of yoga poses to open the shoulders, chest, hips and back, using breath to move purposefully. There will be modifications if needed, as well as props. All levels of yoga experience are welcome to attend and get the benefits of practice.

June 19, 6:00-7:00 PM: Self-Massage and Breath with Kelli Sedlak and Nancy Vincent
You’ve heard of Self-Care, now here’s an opportunity to see how simple and effective it can be. Massage Therapists Kelli Sedlak and Nancy Vincent will demonstrate and guide you through the easy steps of a calming breath work technique, abdominal and neck massage, hip movement, and finish with a routine for the hands and feet. Bring a partner!

June 27, 6:00-7:00 PM: Self-Care Foam Rolling and Breath with Ben Schikowitz and Doris Alexander Buley
Come learn quick, easy and effective techniques for self-myofascial release, using breath to assist the release. Improve mobility and flexibility, prevent injury and decrease recovery time from workouts. The class is open to all levels of fitness.
