ACL Injury Prevention Training for Youth Ages 12-17

Competitive and recreational athletes alike, ALL active youth will benefit from learning these simple drills and body mechanics that have been shown to significantly decrease risk of serious knee injury, specifically ACL ligament tears! Both FEMALE and MALE athletes playing Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball and Lacrosse are at increased risk.
