New Basic Training Class starting August 14th at Meadowmont!

Basic Training is a six week (twice/week) intense training program targeting advanced exercisers looking for a challenging small group workout. Led by Sabrina Baker, MS, CPT one of our outstanding Personal Trainers. Basic Training participants will find their inner strength while running, jumping, sprinting, punching, and stretching themselves to their limits! Be ready to shed pounds and inhibitions while gaining muscle and confidence! Start your day off with the perfect workout before the sun is even up!
This program is NOT for exercisers with inhibiting joint problems or cardiac related issues. Tuesdays &Thursdays, August 14-September 20, 6:00-7:00 am. This session will be held outside. $120 members, $150 non-members
