Coming Soon: Like an Athlete

This 5-week incentive is designed so members can experience workouts that college athletes do every day. The former collegiate athletes on our staff have designed workout weeks based on their college athletic experience that members will be able to complete at any point throughout the sport’s week (Sunday-Friday). On the concluding Saturday, members will have the opportunity to “compete” in that week’s sport. Members will have until the following Tuesday to turn in their tracking card. This program is an honor based recognition program. Members will be recognized weekly and for overall most participation.

This program is not designed as a competitive program, but as a recognition program to try and encourage members to try new sports and workouts. It is the member’s responsibility to work out and take sessions on their own schedule. All results are confidential and will not be shared.
