Walk 10k, Move 150!

Walk 10k is back! Help Team UNC Wellness Centers go for another International Title! Walk 10,000 steps per day using any tracking device or app of your choosing, turn in the steps, and help us achieve victory. Join the fun by participating in the WALK10k Challenge and take a step towards a healthier lifestyle!

This year UNC Wellness Centers will also be participating in Move 150.  This program is designed for participants who would rather track their activity level during the week. The goal is to achieve 150 minutes or more of physical activity utilizing the wellness centers many resources. Track your progress using FitLinxx, an activity app, or another tracking method of your choice.
