Everyone knows the real holiday season starts in October and lasts through December. Stay active this holiday season with the support of small group training that provides personal accountability. Personal Trainer, Anna Dill, will lead you through expert strength and interval training workouts that are progressive in nature with proven results.
This program will include pre, during and post measurements of Waist/Hip Ratio, Body Weight and Body Fat % using Skin Fold Calipers. Participants will also receive nutritional handouts with tips and tricks to staying healthy during the holiday season.
Mondays/Wednesdays, October 31-January 5, 12:30-1:15 pm OR Tuesdays/Thursdays, November 1-January 6, 5:00-5:45 pm.
