S.P.E.E.D for athletes ages 13-18

S.P.E.E.D is for athletes ages 13-18 who are looking to increase explosive power, linear speed, agility, and strength. All who are looking to gain a competitive advantage in their sport, and have a base level of conditioning, as well as experience with resistance and free weight training, should attend. This 6 week program will be led by Personal Trainer, Charod Bridges. Charod’s experience includes strength and condition for athletes from the high school level to elite levels.
