NEW Mindfulness and Movement Class starting March 24th!

Enjoy the benefits of exercise while also cultivating present-moment awareness. This small group class will teach flexibility, balance, and strength exercises for the first half of class, and then finish with an educational component and 10-15 minute meditation. Functional strength training equipment will be used, along with body weight exercises, which will allow physical fitness to flourish while increasing peace of mind. Participants will finish this progressive 6-week program with knowledge of 5 different types of meditations.
