Does your teen want to learn more about exercising? This small group class setting will teach fundamental exercises that result in strength and endurance. Free weights and fitness floor strength training equipment will be used, along with body weight exercises, which will allow physical fitness to flourish while increasing confidence. Teens will finish this 6 week program with complete and balanced fitness programs they can do on their own. This class will be held at UNC Wellness Centers at NW Cary.
Monday & Thursday
February 8- March 17, 3:15pm – 4:00pm.
$99 members, $119 non-members.
