Individual Pilates Fusion Classes being offered at Meadowmont!

In this small group training class, Pilates will be the main focus, with the addition of a mix of specific Yoga poses and whole body strengthening movements. The idea is that by fusing different forms of exercises and engaging long myofascial chains and whole-body movements it is the best way to train the body’s fascial system. Please join us for this challenging and innovative class in the multi-purpose room.
