What’s an easy way to keep your skin from dryness, flakiness, and loss of hydration in Winter, or any season?
A simple and effective way to restore moisture & hydration to the entire organ of the skin – yes, not just the face & neck– but the entire body–is by bathing in Epsom salts with aromatherapy oils. A 15-20 minute soak in the bathtub will allow your skin to not only absorb much-needed magnesium, it will also lightly coat the skin with oils ( try lavender ) that penetrate into the epidermis leaving it moisturized. Soft, supple skin is also healthy skin, and is protected from dryness by reestablishing the lipid barrier. Epsom salts replenish the body’s magnesium levels & sulfates.
