Workout of the Week

Are you bored with your workouts? UNC Wellness Centers will now feature a Workout of the Week (WOW), beginning February 2nd. Each week a new workout will be posted at the fitness desk and will be available for members to just grab and go. No cost, no sign ups, just pick up a workout sheet and get started! The fitness instructors will be available to answer questions if needed.
