Meadowmont Modified Group Fitness Schedule February 6-7

UNC Wellness Centers at Meadowmont will have a modified group fitness schedule for the weekend of February 6-7 to allow our staff to attend a continuing education workshop.  The following classes will be offered:

7:00-8:00 am, Sunrise Yoga, Studio B

7:45-8:45 am, Muscle Conditioning, Studio A

*9:00-10:00 am, Muscle Conditioning , Studio B

10:00-11:00am, Aqua Fitness, Pool

*11:00-12:00 pm, Bells and Bands, Studio B

12:15-1:15 pm, Yoga, Multi

12:15-1:15 pm, Gentle Aqua Nia, Warm Pool

*12:30-1:30 pm, Step & Tone, Studio B

*1:35-2:35 pm, Senior Fitness, Studio B

8:30-9:30 am, Aqua Intervals, Pool

8:45-9:45 am, Alignment Yoga, Multi

9:30-10:30 am, Gentle Aqua, Warm Pool
