Meditation Can Help With Holiday Stress

Meditation is a practice used to calm the mind, relax the body, center yourself and be present. Meditation is also helpful in clearing our mind.  Treat yourself, by taking time to learn a variety of meditation techniques to increase your overall well being during this course.

Begins November 12th

Wednesdays, 11:30-12:30 with Pat @ NW Cary

Saturdays, 4-5pm with Sam K @ NW Cary
