Healthy Holiday Challenge

This holiday season, maintain don’t gain! Many Americans gain weight each holiday season and sometimes these pounds are really hard to lose. Instead of piling on the pounds, members are invited to join our Healthy Holiday Challenge. Rather than focusing on trying to lose weight, this free six-week challenge provides participants with tips, tricks and lectures to help maintain your weight and encourage you to work out more throughout the holiday season. The challenge will begin November 24 and runs through January 4th. Each participant will be given a special workout card for the program. Each time you perform 30+ minutes of cardio, 20+ minutes of strength training, take a group fitness class, or attend a health education session, you will receive a stamp on your card. Fitness Instructors and front desk staff are responsible for providing stamps. Will you be out of town? No worries, all you need to do is record your workouts and bring this to a staff member to get your stamps before the program ends. Top 10 members with the most stamps at each facility will win prizes at the end of the program. Registration required.
