31 Day Clean Eating Challenge

Do you need to clean up your diet?  In honor of National Nutrition Month UNC Wellness Centers will be challenging our members to eat clean for 31 days.  “Eating clean” is simply the practice of avoiding processed and refined foods and basing your diet on whole foods.  But there’s much more to this plan.  You can structure your diet to get proper nutrition, help manage diseases, avoid developing diseases in the first place, lose weight, remove toxins, and just feel better.  Be a part of this movement by participating in the 31 Days of Clean Eating Challenge.   Contact the Nutrition Department at your facility for more information.
